The school is owned and managed by modern welfare society, (Regd.) registered solely for running this institution. Dr. Ram Sewak Singh, the chairman & managing trustee is a social worker.

The trust undertakes socially useful works to help the needy, poor and vulnerable sections of the society as well as many charitable activities. Shib-Subhdra Public School has been established on 6th April 2008 in Rajoun. The Rajoun was a small village with a population of less 3000.The visionary, agriculturist and social worker Dr. Ram Sewak Singh, realizing the importance and need for education, initiated his vision of establishing educational institute by registering a frost. The School is committed to provide excellent and value based education in the most cost-effective manner by stressing the need to achieve human excellence in all aspects of learning. In its short span of time, the school has achieved a better goal in imparting value based education.
